BE4 is an evaluation/test that identifies your Leadership Style, your Strengths, and your Areas of Improvement. This evaluation is designed to maximize your leadership skills that drive to business results.
WHERE DOES IT COME FROM?
The BE4 model is born from a recollection of data extracted from our own research and experience on organizational psychology and ontological entrepreneurial coaching.
In 2015, the construction of the BE4 model was inspired by Biodanza. The creator of this methodology is a psychiatrist from Chile named Rolando Toro. His findings highlight profound analysis and research on the four elements. His research work and others were combined into our database that allowed us to obtain the leadership profiles. Our extensive research led us to discover the connection between the human being, corporality, and personality with the four elements.
